BMS Technician
The position needs professionals who have practical knowledge of Building Management Systems and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning systems and Oil and Gas instrumentation. The applicants must demonstrate expertise in diagnosing problems and installing and servicing complex control systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, HVAC, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of BMS experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, DDC (Direct Digital Controls), and sensors & control systems
- Experience with BMS platforms like Siemens, Schneider, or Honeywell
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting BMS and HVAC systems
- Monitoring sensor and control operations to ensure system efficiency
- Conducting preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
